Return & Exchange
If the order requires to proceed a return or exchange, due to damage or wrong items, you may contact us within 7 days upon the day you receive the order. In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions.
- The item must be in unused, unopened, unmarked and unworn.
- The item is damaged or wrong
We reserve the right to refuse any items as return under the following conditions:
- All items are not returned to our warehouse including invoice.
- Returns made 7 days on or after the delivery date.
- If you change your mind about any of items purchased.
*To process a return or exchange, please be sure to pack every items of the order and the invoice. The return or exchange will be processed immediately, once the package is received by us.
Refunds via debit/credit cards will be refunded to your cards.
It may take up to 30 working days or so.
We will ask you a proof of payment before the refund is processed.
